The Joys of Freedom.

Well today i picked my dad up from hospital. he had surgery on his nose, so he can't breathe out of it. ahh i can sympathise. i remember when i had surgery on my nose. for two weeks i sounded like a cartoon character.

i washed lauras car today. then it started to rain. i also washed MY car yesterday. then it rained. now my car is just as dirty. grrr. i think i might go and get it all cleaned up with the pressure hose. hey we have one of those.

so now im planning on going to see quantom of solace. i wonder how it will be? wait let me recount. i remember when  me and my dad drove down to hoyts to see die another day. oh how time has flown by. how many movies later? and im going to see a new james bond.

just think in 50 years when im old and expired, my grandkids will want to go to see the new james bond movie 'saving the world, again' staring Samual Craig ( daniels brother)

now I leave.

Finished Uni for 15 Months

Aaahhhh...well today i finally finished my two exams. i studied averagely, but got there in the end. although the end would have come no matter what, it just feels better when you put a bit of effort in.

so now the things on my agenda...

-interview with IEP tommorrow about Summer Camp USA
*must talk to them about STA travel and frequent flyer points
*also cheap youthful european tours i might be able to do
-work and earn money at the rec park
-socialise relax
-wait till may next year.

so my main priorities are earning money and organising my trip.

so far im going to USA for 3 months, then England, then europe and singapore then home.

does anyone know any tours that get all gritty in the culture? that are also youthful and fun?

may we all prosper!

Study

Well today i went to the uni to study. i tried to work on linear equations. anyone got any pointers. i can't figure out how to get the coordinates out of the equation. its frustrating me. i'll have to ask dombkins on wednesday.

yeah so i had maccas today again. i gotta stop eating it. it costs money AND its bad for me, two things that i can do without.

i just went to jordans for some good times. haha we had this awesome feast of chicken and sausages.

then boyters dressed up as a gorilla, jones and JP went for a szhim in the very near ocean, al and dylbert played pool. there was also much guitar and halo playing. G. times.

so i submitted my application for my summer camp today. I hope i went aight. and tommorrow (4th november 2008) i have a presentation evening for it. i'm gonna go check it out see what its all about.

until next time...

It's Been A While...But What A Grand Stack I Had

Well it has been a while since i have last blogged. i tried to convince myself that i'd easily be able to get into this. but to no avail i failed.

well right now i am just wasting time on the computer, when i could be studying for Comm and Net. now  when i look back on this blog 3 months from now and i realise that if i didnt write this blog i would have passed my final exams, only discovering that if i didnt write this blog i wouldnt have to look back on it, so i wouldnt know how much i benefited from not writing it.
well now that i've written in it...well yeah i've written in it.

i tell you what, mac keyboards do get harder to type on as they age.

I fell off my skateboard the other day. the first time that i've ever contemplated thoughts of understanding how injured i was. i've never been injured from skating. maybe thats cause i dont push myself as hard as the folk who do get injured. nevertheless i did roll on my arm down a right smooth hill. i was skating with isaac from youth. i pushed myself from the breast of the hill just peeking then descending on down.
i was going fine...until i started shaking left, then right, then left then right.
my brilliant brain thought back to what mr jordan petterson had said about resolving situations such as this one. "just go with it, and 'pump' the board further. if you carve down it stops the death wobbles"
hmmm what great advice...but what a bad time to think about it.
as i attempted to carve, my back foot groaned too far forward before slipping onto the road.

i tried to outrun the speed i was traveling on wheels with my feet, but im no daniel jones. eventually gravity grabbed me.

i hear i rolled 7 times.

with grazes all along my back, both elbows shoulders and palms, i gather myself, shaking and sweaty.
it did look bigger from this angle.

some signs of my arm not functioning as the way it should be
-unable to wind down my window
-unable to turn the car off
-unable to lift my ice cream spoon to my mouth

i went to church where they told me to go to the hospital. now as the man i am i ensured them that it would be fine. once the attention was off me i quietly ducked away to get mums medicare card to take myself to the emergency ward of the hospital.

after an xray and some nurses poking, a nurse (or dr.) told me that they couldnt tell if it was broken, but said i'd done some sever ligament damage. she then gave me some pain killers (which make you constipated...i refused) to go home with.

dad cam at around 5.40pm. i got to church at 7.15pm after ariving at the hospital at 4.30pm.

what a day...and what a blog.

Today

Today I had work for 4 hours. which wasnt as bad as i thought. i ended up getting 7 prospects which is fair good. all with mobiles.

i walked there too. which was real nice to just chill out to work. so relaxing and peaceful.

and i got to speak to laura today which was way good. she's so funny. haha

we spoke about the time she threw her scalpel away in disgust at the sudden realisation that she was using the blunt one. it was so funny. her major work is due so soon and she's been working on it like crazy. its pretty rad. she's building an entire house.

anyway im listening to underoath and watching youTUBE videos. i reckon youtube is better then tv. so much more stuff and it can please any mood.

i had uni today communications and networks (ISIT105) and business mathematics (MATH179) all first year subjects. im only part time cause i want to work and get money.

ohh and im getting a car on the weekend hopefully...or very soon. i cant wait. hopefully it'll be a sick 90's barina.
anyway its 12.08 and time for bed. lets see what dreams i dream about tonight.

In The Begining

Today I started my blog. The first of many I hope.
It would be good to keep this consistent as it's sort of like an online diary.
Well I might as well describe my day. I woke up and dropped Rosie at work, then came home back to bed. Got back up at 11 and had a shower after checking facebook, then i hung out at home enjoying the suns rays. It was very relaxing just doing nothing and not having to worry about anything. Although now I have to clean all three bathrooms. But thats okay...

The rest of my day will probably entail me going down to church for the young year 7 boys bible study I've been asked to lead, then Fuse followed closely by some young adults supper.

Hmmm...I'm also looking to buy a car. Does anybody want to sell me a car?
